WebFeb 7, 2014 · Well I understand that but how long the arm on the slack adjuster, type of shoes and cam, and distance from pod mount to slack adjuster all play a factor in this. There is no set distance. Also if it is a 30/30 chamber or one that has a park brake side to it it really needs to be caged to cut it the right length. Thats why we measure the old one.
