WebNov 20, 2005 · 1,540 Posts. #3 · Nov 17, 2005. well, there are 3 ways you can do studs. you can 1) pull the motor 2) jack the cab up or 3) drill holes in your firewall like Dockboy did. the problem is that you cannot get to the studs in the far back because the firewall is in the way.
