This will produce the behavior you are describing. Set the Phase setting of the view you are in to Show Complete, or show previous + new. Also, look into the Cut Plane, and where is it set. I've checked the layer linetype, it is DASHED. Door swings and maintenance space uses lines with HIDDEN2 linetype assigned to the lines.
