WebElectricity and Earth have been climbing the ranks pretty quickly, with Elec climbing so fast that it’s quickly becoming a top tier DPS. Electricity though does squat on single target, so it needs a lot of AoE and DoT to hit the highest numbers (albeit it’s easily the strongest AOE might power from what I can tell).
