WebOn my right food, maybe 5 times a week for a couple hours each, I’ll notice what feels like a string wrapped tightly around the base of the two toes closest to the big one. Any ideas? My diet has been pretty good past 6 months, sleeping has been great (8 hours), workout 6x week and walk around 14k steps a day.
