You will do all the exercises on one side of the body then when you repeat them, you will do them all on the other side of the body. WebI just started week 4 and I’m seeing such great results. I tell all my family and friends to do this program (though I don’t think any of them have tried it). Super easy to follow along to and it leaves me sweaty and feeling great! HIGHLY recommend this program to anyone who doesn’t have a gym membership or wants to try working out at home! 321 2
